| 11:00AM - 12:15PM | Rehearsal @ SMHS Band Room |
| 12:15PM - 1:00PM | Change, Pack and Load Buses |
| 1:00PM - 2:15PM | Travel to Shelby |
| 2:15PM - 2:45PM | Arrive at Shelby HS Unload |
| 3:45PM | Warmup Begins |
| 4:15PM | PERFORMANCE |
| 5:00PM | Performance ends. Pack up, wait for ratings to post |
| 6:00PM | Depart for SMHS |
| 7:15PM | Arrive at SMHS, unload |
| 7:30PM | Student Dismissal |
Students should arrive that day dressed in CASUAL CLOTHING. We will change into our concert attire later in the day. Please take great care to ensure that the concert attire is kept neat throughout the day so we can look our best as we take the stage.
